We compare the skills on your resume with the ones the posting names, the job title with the roles you're after, the place with your cities and remote preference, and the contract with what you picked. Jobs that refuse to sponsor a visa you need, or pay under your minimum, go to the bottom of the list with the reason. The same resume and posting always give the same result; there's no hidden model deciding what you see.

Yes. The contract type is read from each posting. Pick the ones you want in Settings: full-time, fixed-term, freelance, internship, apprenticeship (alternance) or VIE. We cover the United States and France.
