These terms cover the OfferMagnet website, published by LIMED. By creating an account you agree to them.
What OfferMagnet does
OfferMagnet lists public job postings, matches them to the resume you provide, tailors that resume for a job, tracks your applications and, if you turn on auto-apply, submits applications for you. We can't promise interviews or offers.
Auto-apply
Auto-apply is off until you turn it on in Settings. When it's on, or when you press “Have OfferMagnet apply” on a job, you authorize us to submit an application in your name on the company's careers page, up to the daily cap you set. We use the documents and answers you saved in Settings, and we accept the application form's own terms and certifications on your behalf.
You're responsible for keeping those documents and answers true and current: what you saved is what gets sent. If a form asks something your saved answers don't cover, we don't guess; the application is marked failed with the reason. Every application, with what was sent, appears in Applications. Turn auto-apply off at any time to stop new submissions; applications already sent can't be withdrawn by us.
Your content
Your resume and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You're responsible for checking every tailored resume before you send it and for making sure it's true.
Job postings
Postings come from companies' public career boards. We don't verify them, and details like visa sponsorship are read from the posting's own wording. Always confirm on the company's site.
Pro subscription
Pro renews monthly or yearly until you cancel in Settings. A new subscriber gets a 3-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. Payments are handled by Whop. Refunds are at our discretion; write to us.
Fair use
Don't resell the service, scrape it, or use it to generate resumes or send applications for people who haven't asked you to. Pro's unlimited tailoring is for your own job search; automated or bulk use may be rate-limited. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, LIMED's liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
